*The number of seats mentioned for Persons with Disability (PWD) will be adjusted against the category to which he / she belongs. The candidates having disability to the tune of 40% to 50% of lower extremity declared by authorized Medical Board of the State Govt. / Govt. of India or any other Competent Authority authorized in this regard by the Government having Nursing expert as a member of the Board only to be considered.

The Prospectus/Online application form/Challan form is available only on PGI website. 2. Dates for Submission of Online Applications and Generation of Challan forms - from 05.06.2017 to 05.07.2017, however State Bank of India will accept the fees upto 08.07.2017 for those candidates who have registered themselves on or before 05.07.2017.

4. The number of seats wherever indicated are provisional and may increase/decrease without any prior notice.
5. Incomplete applications will not be entertained and no correspondence will be made in this regard.
